Robert's extensive experience as a freelance technical director and scene shop owner combined with Jenniffer's experiences as a director, stage manager and props designer create an outstanding understanding of space usage, detail, and budget. Their approach is collaborative and sensitive to the needs of the artists involved and the producing company.

Robert Groth

Robert has been a freelance technical director and scenic carpenter for the last ten years. He has worked with many theater companies, including acting as resident technical director at Timeline Theater Company and Chicago Dramatists  2005 to 2007 and interim technical director with Lookingglass Theater Company from 10/07 - 2/08.  Robert  is the co-owner of  Crosstown Scenic.

Jenniffer J Thusing

      Jenniffer is a freelance artist, active in Chicago's bustling theatre scene.  Her work has been seen as a director, writer, stage manager, props designer and  teaching artist. She is an Artistic Associate of  Chicago Dramatist.  She is the former artistic director of In the works and former  company member of     Stockyards Theatre Project. She is a proud member of  Actors Equity.
